- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digitalisation.
- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Manage and maintain business databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and analyse inventory and stock-management data.
- Develop operational reports, dashboards and management information.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyse and present business data.
- Monitor inventory movements, stock levels, usage and purchasing requirements.
- Support maintenance, fleet, job-management and inventory systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data collection and reporting.
- Work with software providers and technology vendors to resolve system issues.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other business applications.
- Develop process documentation, workflows and user guides.
- Provide system support and training to staff.
- Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
