Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-standard clinical care, health assessments, and care planning for residents.

  • Manage medication administration, wound care, and complex clinical needs.

  • Mentor and supervise Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) on shift.

  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation using electronic care systems.

  • Respond effectively to clinical changes, incidents, and care escalations.

Essential Criteria (Must Have)

  1. AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

  2. Aged Care Experience: Proven experience as an RN within an Australian residential aged care setting.

  3. Australian Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.

  4. Flexible Availability: Must be available and flexible across AM, PM, and Night shifts (ND), including rotating weekend work.

  5. Shift Commitment: Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week for Part-Time or 5 shifts per week for Full-Time.

  6. Compliance: Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening) and up-to-date immunisations.
