This role would suit someone with a background in Class 2 residential or commercial construction who is after security, autonomy and long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full contract administration process from award through to completion
- Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and trade packages
- Process progress claims, variations and payment certificates
- Liaise with site management, project managers and subcontractors to keep programs on track
- Manage procurement schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Assist with cost control, budgeting and reconciliation

About You

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on Class 2 residential or commercial building projects
- Sound understanding of building contracts, subcontractor agreements and variations
- Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with construction management software
- A collaborative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
