Female Support Worker Mental Health Experience Required

Location: Dee Why, NSW
Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday (6-hour shifts)
Hours: 9:30 AM 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Casual / Ongoing Support

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to provide support to a participant located in Dee Why, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for support workers with a strong background in mental health and experience supporting participants with complex needs.

• Female Support Worker (participant preference)
• Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions
• Experience working with high-risk participants
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and provide person-centred support
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Working rights in Australia

• Provide daily living and community-based support
• Support participant wellbeing and independence
• Follow care plans and risk management strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Build positive and professional relationships with the participant
