About Our Client:

Leading cooling components repair specialist in Australia, proudly providing the heavy industries with unmatched quality to maintain and improve asset performance.

Roster:

• Monday to Thursday 6am to 3pm
• Friday 5am to 2pm
• 8 hour days, 2 x 30 min breaks
• 40 hour week

What you will need:

• Drivers Licence Class MR
• HRW Licence class LF - Forklift
• Basic computer literacy

What you will be doing:

Maintain laydown area to approved plan

• Ensure laydown area is kept organised and tidy
• Liaising with waste and general maintenance contractors
• Conduct housekeeping including in the workshop, laydown areas, amenities and car park

Receive goods

• Take photos of customers jobs on delivery
• Unload deliveries using forklift or appropriate manual handling methods
• Collect and deliver delivery docket to Administration Officer
• Collect and attach tags to all components and parts in the laydown area
• Collect parts and consumables by light vehicle
• Check deliveries against docket for receipting
• Store components, parts and consumables as per approved plan
• Record location of all components and parts within the laydown area

Dispatch goods

• Prepare components for freight including detailing, packaging and labelling
• Load components for freight using forklift or appropriate manual handling methods
• Take photos of loaded components
• Deliver and collect parts and components via medium rigid vehicle

Transfer components between bays

• Liaise with the workshop personnel on workshop requirements
• Prepare components and parts in advance for workshop
• Transfer components between bays as required using forklift

Assist stores where required

• Stocktake
• Receipt goods received
• Pick and stage parts
