Service Person – Goonyella Riverside Mine

7/7 D/N Roster | $66.88/hr + Super + Coal LSL | Weekly Pay | DIDO/BIBO Mackay

Downunder Group Solutions (DGS) is seeking an experienced Service Person to join our team at Goonyella Riverside Mine.

This is an ongoing, long-term opportunity for an experienced Service Person looking for consistent work on a 7/7 roster.

• $66.88 per hour + Super + Coal LSL paid on all hours worked.

• 7/7 rotating day/night roster.

• DIDO or BIBO from Mackay.
• Ongoing, long-term opportunity in the Bowen Basin.

About the Role:

As a Service Person, you will play a key role in supporting mining operations by:

• Refuelling and servicing heavy mining equipment.
• Operating and maintaining the mine service truck.
• Completing routine fluid checks and top-ups, including oils, coolant and lubricants.
• Greasing and lubrication of mobile mining equipment.
• Monitoring and managing fuel and service supplies.
• Completing service documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment defects.
• Working safely around heavy mobile equipment and active mining areas.
• Following site procedures, safety requirements and environmental standards

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Proven Service Person experience in a mining environment.
• RII – Service Mine Plant & Equipment.
• Standard 11.
• Coal Board Medical.
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Highly Regarded:

The following qualifications and experience are desirable:

• RIIVEH306 – Operate a Mine Service Vehicle.
• RIIVEH307 – Operate a Heavy Rigid Vehicle.
• Autonomous haulage experience.
