The Role

This Senior Bookkeeper position will take ownership of key transactional finance processes. Duties include but not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable: cash receipting and allocation, collections and follow-up of outstanding accounts

• Month-end AR tasks including reconciliations and issuing statements

• Accounts Payable processing including PO invoices and matching (including stock received)

• End to end Payroll processing for roughly 20 staff

• Managing a high-volume shared inbox workflow (100+ emails/week)

• Weekly maintenance activities such as updating currency rates

• Month-end reporting

Your Background

The ideal background for this position would include the following key experiences;

• Experience in a Bookkeeper or Company Accountant role previously

• Experience working in an SME

• Pronto experience will be highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
