HR Business Partner

Your New Role
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will:

  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice
  • Support workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and people matters
  • Coach and develop leaders to build capability across the organisation
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Interpret and advise on employment legislation, policies and procedures
  • Support talent management, succession planning and employee engagement activities
  • Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support business decision-making

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong employee and industrial relations knowledge
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
