We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join a respected Northern Territory organisation and provide HR advice, administration and support across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with leaders and employees on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation and HR best practice.

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• HR advice and support to managers and employees
• Performance management and employee relations
• HR reporting, records management and compliance
• Policy interpretation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting a positive and collaborative workplace culture

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a HR generalist or HR advisory role
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR practices
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Relevant HR qualifications and/or equivalent experience
