    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
    • Support clients in managing behaviours associated with AOD and behaviours of concern.
    • Promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices in all interactions.
    • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and holistic care.
    • Document and report on client progress in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Demonstrated experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals with complex needs.
    • Sound understanding and application of trauma-informed care principles.
    • Experience supporting individuals who exhibit behaviours of concern.
    • CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Check
    • ValidCPR certification(HLTAID009).
    • Australian Drivers License and vehicle.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

    Desirable:

    • Relevant qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of NDIS processes and support planning.
