With a strong reputation for delivering essential services to the community, this organisation is seeking a commercially minded finance leader to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making.Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the finance team and take ownership of the organisation's financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders while maintaining strong financial control and governance.
Your new role

• Lead the month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee cash flow management, treasury and financial controls
• Develop and mentor finance team members
• Partner with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualified
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting expertise
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders across the business
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Strong systems and process improvement capability
• Healthcare, community services, professional services or multi-site experience will be highly regarded
