Your new role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Distribution Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre. Reporting to the Warehouse Leadership Team, you will play a key role in coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure products are accurately received, stored, and dispatched to customers on time.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating inbound and outbound warehouse activities
• Monitoring inventory movements and stock accuracy
• Liaising with transport providers and internal stakeholders
• Scheduling and coordinating daily dispatch requirements
• Supporting warehouse staff to meet operational targets
• Maintaining compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
• Ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse coordination, logistics, or distribution role
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Intermediate computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems
• A current forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work within a team environment
