HR Business Partner

About them
Our client is a large, values driven organisation undertaking a significant transformation program. As they work through several organisational restructures, they are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide hands on support throughout the consultation process.

About the role
Working closely with the Workforce Transformation Manager, you will play a key role supporting employees and leaders through a period of change.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing consultation processes with impacted employees
• Facilitating consultation meetings and discussions
• Communicating organisational changes and outcomes
• Preparing and issuing employee correspondence and documentation
• Managing feedback throughout the consultation period
• Supporting final consultation outcomes and implementation activities
• Providing practical advice to leaders throughout the restructure process

This is a 2 month contract commencing ASAP. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with attendance required for face to face consultation meetings.

About you
You are an experienced HR professional who has successfully supported organisational restructures, workforce change and employee consultation processes.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience managing restructures and organisational change programs
• Strong knowledge of consultation requirements and employment relations principles
• Confidence facilitating sensitive and sometimes challenging conversations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
• Availability to commence within the next two weeks
