Senior Commercial Lawyer - Sydney

Senior Commercial Lawyer | Commercial & Property Sydney CBD | $130K–$200K + Super | 5+ PQE

Our client is a growing Sydney law firm seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join their team.

This is a broad commercial role with a commercial property component, ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working directly with clients and wants variety in their day-to-day matters.

The role You will work across a variety of commercial matters, with a particular focus on:

• Commercial property transactions and conveyancing
• Retail and commercial leasing
• Commercial contracts and agreements
• Lease assignments, renewals and variations
• Contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Providing practical commercial advice to clients
• Managing matters independently from start to finish
• Liaising directly with clients, counterparties and other solicitors

About you

• 5+ years PQE
• Admitted to practice in NSW
• Strong commercial law experience
• Experience across commercial property and/or leasing
• Confident drafting and negotiating legal documentation
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Commercially minded and able to work autonomously
