Senior Field Technician – Bathurst NSW Permanent Full-Time | $100K–$110K Package + Negotiable on Experience

Ready for your next move in telecommunications? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Field Technician to join a leading telecommunications provider in Bathurst.

This is a permanent opportunity offering stability,autonomy and ongoing technical development, working acrossresidential and business customer sites.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of complex installations, maintenance and fault resolution across fibre, copper and HFC networks, including:

• Complex fault-finding, diagnostics and service restoration
• Installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications services
• Cabling, jointing, splicing and testing
• Managing your own field workload and priorities
• Providing technical support and guidance where required
• Maintaining high safety, quality and customer service standards

About You

• Current ACMA Cabling Licence – essential
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence – essential
• Strong telecommunications/NBN field experience
• Experience across fibre, copper and/or HFC
• Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Confident working autonomously in the field
• Strong safety, quality and customer focus
