We’re recruiting a Bid Manager for a highly respected commercial contractor with a strong foothold in the SEQ construction scene. You’ll lead end-to-end tender submissions across commercial, community, and mixed-use projects — supported by a smart, capable team and backed by a leadership group that values your ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading EOI and tender submissions from early engagement to final delivery

• Coordinating input from estimating, design, and delivery teams

• Writing compelling bid content and creating client-focused messaging

• Managing timelines, submission design, and compliance

• Driving continuous improvement in bid strategy and process

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in bid management, submissions, or marketing within construction

• Excellent written communication and project coordination skills

• Experience working on bids $5M–$100M+

• Passion for storytelling and sharp commercial instincts
