With support staff covering administration, leasing and field work - focus your time on nurturing the relationship with your clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. 
MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY | $80 - $95,000 + SUPER + PARKING + BONUS

The Role:

• Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day to day management of their properties
• Relationship management
• Rental reviews
• Managing Tenancy Arrears
• QCAT Hearings
• Repairs and maintenance
• Compliance 
• Achieving set KPI's & reporting to your Department Manager

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Current Queensland Driver's License
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate 
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
