Job description:
As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives. 

In this role, you will:  

Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice 

Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement 

Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business  

About Goodstart Aspley:
* A 74-place, purpose-built centre catering to children aged six weeks to five years, with five engaging rooms and a strong play-based curriculum.
* Spacious outdoor play areas featuring sandpits, natural elements, vege patches, and shaded spaces, supporting exploration and creativity.

As a Centre Director, you may be eligible to access external professional supervision - a confidential and reflective space that fosters professional growth, personal wellbeing, and effective leadership practice within complex and dynamic environments 

You’ll need: 

A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) 

Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services 

Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage 

Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management 

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
