A globally recognised beauty brand with an impressive international footprint is looking for its next Finance Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known and highly regarded beauty business at an important stage of its growth. With a small corporate head office team in Sydney and a global reach, this role will suit a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys being hands-on, building structure and working closely with founders, executives and the Board.

This is far more than a traditional finance role. You will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business, supporting continued growth and ensuring the organisation has the right commercial foundations to scale.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the finance function and provide strategic commercial advice across the business.
