ICT Change Manager – Training, User Analysis

An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an ICT Change Manager to support a major ICT and business transformation program. The role will focus on the structured, procedural aspects of transitioning an organisation to a desired future state. The successful ICT Change Manager will be offered an initial contract until August 2027 with the view to be extended for 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The ICT Change Manager will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder and user impact assessments to identify change readiness and adoption requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, user engagement sessions, and change activities across project lifecycles.
• Develop high-quality change artifacts, including:
  • Change impact assessments
  • Stakeholder engagement plans
  • Communication plans and materials
  • Training strategies, guides, and user-facing documentation

The ICT Change Manager will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager within project delivery environments.
• Strong practical experience conducting user and stakeholder analysis.
• Proven capability developing training materials, user guides, and communications collateral.
• Experience planning and delivering business readiness and adoption activities.
• Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
