About the Role
Join our Residential Communities & Home Building Business Unit in NSW. You will produce high-quality architectural renders, visualisations, and marketing imagery. Your work will directly communicate design intent and support business development, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality interior and exterior architectural visualisations.
  • Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, BIM models, and design sketches.
  • Produce photorealistic renderings and animations for marketing and client presentations.
  • Enhance and composite rendered images using advanced post-production techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to align assets with project objectives and branding standards.
  • Manage project deadlines and multiple visualisation tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain visual quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout all project stages.
  • Manage and respond to all internal and external queries professionally.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser, 3D Artist, or a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic architectural renderings.
  • Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and design concepts accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to work within strict project deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across multi-disciplinary teams.

Required Software Skills

  • 3D Modelling: Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp
  • Rendering: Chaos V-Ray, Chaos Corona Renderer
  • Post-Production/Compositing: Adobe Photoshop
  • ArchiCAD: Some knowledge of would be beneficial
