Your New Role
As the CommunityAdministrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operationof a thriving residential community. Working closely with residents,stakeholders, and internal teams, you will provide a broad range ofadministrative, finance, and community engagement support.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successfulin this role, you will be a confident administrator with excellentinterpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.
You will bring:
Previous experience in administration, community engagement, customer service, property, retirement living, residential communities, or a similar environment. Proven ability to coordinate events, programs, bookings, or community initiatives. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience supporting finance functions, including invoicing and accounts payable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and impartiality at all times. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems. A collaborative approach with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.Desirable:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Community Services, or a related discipline. First Aid Certification. Knowledge of residential housing, manufactured homes, or community living environments.
