Council Cleansing Supervisor - City PresentationLocal Council | Wed-Sun | Afternoon Shift | $48-$77+/hr
Looking for a leadership role where you're out on the road, not stuck behind a desk?We're seeking an experienced Cleansing Supervisor to oversee City Presentation operations across the local area, ensuring streets, public spaces, bins and amenities are maintained to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing:Supervising a team of 10+ cleansing staff
Preparing daily rosters and allocating work
Conducting site inspections and quality checks
Supporting staff and ensuring safe work practices
Responding to service requests and operational issues
Jumping in and helping the team when required
What's On Offer:12:00pm - 8:30pm shifts
Wednesday to Sunday roster
Competitive hourly rates with applicable weekend penalty rates

Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions
