What You’ll Be Doing:

• Thrive in a fast-paced outbound environment, completing high-volume calls (~200 daily / 3–4 hours talk time).
• Reconnect with past enquirers who have already shown interest in our services, helping to reignite their search.
• Consistently hit targets to maximise your earning potential.
• Use professional scripts and your own natural charisma to overcome objections, qualify customer needs, and transfer warm leads to our specialist broker team.

Who We Are Looking For:

You don’t need years of phone sales under your belt—we hire for attitude, drive, and resilience.  If you have thrived in door to door sales, retail, hospitality or contact centres, you already have the communication skills to succeed here. If you bring high energy, a strong work ethic, and a target-focused mindset, we’ll teach you the rest!
