Salary: $78,755 - $84,284 (Plus 12.5% Super)
Location: The Canberra Hospital, Garran

About the Role:
Do you have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills? Would you like to work for a supportive Team?
As a member of the Parking Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of parking and fleet services across Canberra Health Services. You will monitor and report on parking-related matters, coordinate maintenance requests, respond to customer enquiries, and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders. The role involves parking compliance and enforcement activities, including issuing infringements and attending court proceedings when required, as well as administering fleet records, driver authorisations and vehicle data. You will also manage correspondence, maintain accurate electronic and hard copy records, process accounts, provide advice to customers, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of parking and fleet services through strong customer service, administrative support and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate for this role will be willing, eager and wanting to learn and have a go. Has great initiative, organisational, customer service, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and can apply the standard operating procedures into practice.
