Special Needs School Bus Driver - Dandenong

We are seeking a reliable, caring and safety-focused Special Needs School Bus Driver to join our team based at our Dandenong Depot.

Position Details

Location: Dandenong, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday

• Morning Shift: 6:45am – 9:45am
• Afternoon Shift: 2:05pm – 5:05pm

This role is ideal for parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for consistent hours with school-friendly schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport students with special needs to and from school.
• Provide a positive, supportive and respectful experience for students.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks.
• Follow designated routes and schedules.
• Work closely with bus aides, parents, schools and management.
• Ensure compliance with all road safety and company procedures.

About You

• Hold a current MR Licence (or higher).
• Have a current Driver Accreditation (or be willing to obtain).
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrate patience, compassion and excellent communication skills.
• Maintain a professional and reliable approach to work.
• Have a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
