If you are a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, we want to hear from you! This role requires availability for on-call participation and a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency department according to legislation and best practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure the safety of patients and staff at all times.
- Mentor and guide Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) in patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patients’ medical records.
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 2 years of postgraduate RN experience in an acute emergency setting.
- Valid Working with Children Check (NSW).
- Availability for on-call shifts.
- A strong commitment to quality patient care.
- Familiarity with ACQSHC national standards.
- Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
