Employee Experience Manager | 12-month Contract | Sydney CBD | Hybrid

We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation to appoint an experienced Employee Experience Manager to lead HR operations and employee experience across Australia and New Zealand.

As the primary HR contact for employees and managers, you'll provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, people operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities while partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead employee experience and people operations across ANZ.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace issues.
• Advise leaders on employment legislation, policy application, and people risk.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day execution of HR operations across onboarding, transfers, promotions, relocations, and exits.
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HR teams on compliance, benefits, and employee matters.
• Drive initiatives focused on engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

About you:

• Significant experience in HR, Employee Relations, or People Operations within Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working within a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
