Indigeco is recruiting an APS4 Administration Officer for our Commonwealth Government client. This role will support clinical operations within a mental health and wellbeing service environment, including frontline telephony, appointment management, online enquiries, client records and administrative support. The role will also assist with the implementation of a new Case Management System, making strong IT skills and adaptability essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to enquiries from external providers and clients relating to access, technical and administrative matters
  • Undertake frontline telephony duties and manage initial client and stakeholder contact in a professional and supportive manner
  • Provide administrative support across service delivery streams, including data entry, records management and updating client consent forms
  • Work across multiple ICT systems to manage client information and support service delivery requirements
  • Complete overflow administrative tasks and support team priorities in line with KPIs and performance expectations
  • Participate in scheduled learning, development and coaching activities to support continuous improvement

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, clinical administration, shared services or frontline support
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and work across multiple platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, providers and internal teams
  • Experience using Salesforce systems will be highly regarded
