Assist Wise Pty Ltd is looking for experienced NDIS Support Workers and Aged Care Support Workers to join our contractor network across Penrith, Liverpool, Blacktown, and Campbelltown.

Roles
NDIS Support Worker personal activities, community participation, household tasks, life skills, therapeutic supports, group activities, travel/transport
Aged Care Support Worker personal care, domestic assistance, respite, social support, transport, allied health assistance

What You Bring
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Cleared)
First Aid & CPR (current)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Personal ABN & Public Liability Insurance ($10M min)
Compassionate, person-centred approach
Own vehicle preferred
