Client Services Officer

About the role

Join a high-performing private wealth team supporting HNW clients and a senior adviser. Take ownership of client service, advice implementation and account administration, with scope to develop into paraplanning or team leadership.

• Manage front-line client queries and administration
• Establish and maintain Wrap accounts
• Process pension payments, contributions and rollovers
• Assist with advice implementation and strategic recommendations
• Complete AML/KYC for clients including SMSF and trust accounts
• Prepare ROA's and provide basic paraplanning support
• Liaise with clients, advisers, platforms and external providers
• Support broader process and operational improvements

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience as a Client Services Officer in a financial advice business
• Strong communication and client administration skills
• Experience with advice implementation and ROA's
• Exposure to HNW, complex clients will be favourable
• Resilient, reliable and highly collaborative approach
