The Role

• Manage and grow a Melbourne South East orthopaedics territory
• Work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders
• Provide hands-on clinical and product support in operating theatres
• Drive product adoption, account growth and new business opportunities
• Develop strong relationships across public and private hospitals
• Build your clinical and technical expertise across a broad orthopaedic portfolio

About You

• Competitive, driven and achievement-focused
• Proven sales performer with strong commercial instincts
• Resilient, proactive and motivated by results
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, clinically focused environment
• Medical device or healthcare sales experience highly regarded
