About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a proactive Internal Business Development Manager to join an established electronic security distribution business in Perth.

In this role, you will focus on developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, growing account activity and providing solution-based advice across a broad range of electronic security products.

Duties

• Proactively engage existing and prospective customers
• Develop accounts and identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare and follow up quotes and project opportunities
• Provide product and solution-based advice
• Negotiate pricing and protect margins
• Work closely with external sales, vendors and internal teams
• Support sales campaigns and product initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Internal Sales, Account Management, Technical Sales or BDM experience
• Electronic security industry experience highly regarded
• Security, electrical or technology distribution experience advantageous
• Strong relationship-building and proactive sales skills
• Confident phone and face-to-face communication
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn product solutions
• Experience with quoting, pricing and CRM/ERP systems
