Portfolio Project Controls Manager

Ready to take the lead on Project Controls across a major, long-term resources portfolio?

We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, risk, change and performance management across a significant project.

The role

• Lead portfolio-wide Project Controls and governance
• Drive cost, schedule, forecasting, risk and change management
• Deliver executive reporting, KPIs and portfolio insights
• Partner with Project Managers and senior stakeholders
• Lead and develop a high-performing Project Controls team
• Champion continuous improvement and digital controls

About you

• 15+ years’ Project Controls experience within major resources, mining or EPC/EPCM environments
• Strong portfolio or multi-project leadership experience
• Expertise across cost, planning, forecasting and performance reporting
• Experience with Primavera P6, EcoSys and Power BI highly regarded
• Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder skills
