Job Description

  • Partner closely with senior leaders, providing proactive executive support to drive operational effectiveness and business priorities.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, leadership meetings, and executive scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate and deliver leadership forums, meetings, events, and town halls, ensuring seamless execution and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, anticipating business needs, identifying risks, and managing competing priorities.
  • Drive alignment across leadership teams by tracking decisions, actions, and key business outcomes.
  • Serve as the central coordination point between leadership and support functions, ensuring timely resolution of operational needs and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Australia, Japan, Korea, and the broader APAC region.
  • Lead administrative coordination for the APAC Leadership Team, promoting consistency, efficiency, and high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business processes, including performance reviews, business updates, communications, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, briefing materials, and meeting documentation for senior leadership audiences.
  • Support employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives that enhance collaboration and organisational effectiveness across APAC.
  • Facilitate collaboration across geographically dispersed teams, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and execution of regional priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Business Support Leader should have:

  • Proven experience as Facility Coordinator, Operational, Logistic or Executive Business Partner in manufacturing, supply chain or multi-site business environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and reporting.

What's on Offer

  • Hourly rate of $50.00 to $60.00 AUD.
  • Temporary role offering flexibility and valuable experience in the retail industry.
  • Business located in Chatswood, but role will be fully remote working.
