Commercial Manager – Food Delivery Partnerships
MARS RecruitmentListed 1 Oct 2026
Official Title: Channel Manager
- Fast-growing hospitality company
- Broad remit across commercial, marketing spend and franchise operations
- Hybrid working - 4 days in the office & 1 from home
Run the commercial strategy behind a national hospitality brand's food delivery partnerships (Uber Eats/DoorDash-style).
About the role:
Our client, a well-known hospitality group, is looking for a commercially-minded manager to own and grow its third-party food delivery partnerships (think Uber Eats/DoorDash-style platforms) and white-label delivery offering. This is not a project delivery or logistics role - it's a commercial, partnership and channel ROI role, hybrid across Finance, Marketing and Operations.
If you've spent a few years in consulting building commercial models advising consumer/retail/hospitality clients, and you're ready to own the outcome rather than hand over a recommendation, this is a great next step into an operating role with real P&L visibility.
You'll be the person who understands exactly what it costs to acquire a customer through each channel, how promotions perform market by market, and where the ROI actually is and then use that to drive growth decisions across the portfolio. You'll also coordinate the operational side of delivery, so you're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a room with a business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own commercial performance across third-party food delivery platforms and the business's white-label delivery model (including the bidding structure that underpins it)
- Analyse acquisition cost, delivery-platform ROI and promotional performance across markets, translating findings into clear recommendations
- Optimise marketing spend allocation across delivery platforms in partnership with the Marketing team
- Coordinate delivery operations across company-owned and franchise stores, liaising directly with franchise partners
- Manage the day-to-day commercial relationship with food delivery platform partners
What you'll bring
- A background in strategy or commercial consulting (or similar advisory/transaction services work), ideally with exposure to delivery partners like Uber, Doordash, etc.
- Strong commercial/analytical instincts - comfortable building and owning a P&L-level view of a channel, category, partnership or business unit
- Comfortable operating across Finance, Marketing and Operations without needing translation - you can hold your own in all three conversations
