PERSOL are recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to join a well-established, national organisation operating within a large, structured facilities management environment.
This role will suit someone who enjoys managing procurement processes from start to finish and is confident working across RFQs, tenders, proposals, Expressions of Interest, evaluation processes and contract award activities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, clients and external vendors, you will play an important role in ensuring procurement activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with established governance and probity requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate low to medium risk/value procurement and RFX activities

Prepare tender, RFQ, proposal and EOI documentation

Release procurement packages to market through electronic tender portals

Manage vendor enquiries, clarifications and addenda

Coordinate evaluation panel meetings and procurement timelines

Facilitate evaluation and scoring processes

Prepare evaluation and recommendation reports
-
Support contract formation, award and handover activities

Create purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records

Provide advice to internal stakeholders regarding procurement processes and requirements

Assist with procurement exemptions and supporting documentation

Maintain compliance with procurement frameworks, governance and recordkeeping requirements

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

Previous experience within procurement, contracts, tendering or commercial coordination

Exposure to RFQ, RFT, EOI or broader RFX processes
-
Strong written communication and document preparation skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping capability
-
Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
-
Strong organisational and time management skills
-
An understanding of procurement governance, probity and compliance requirements
-
The ability to work effectively within established policies and procedures
Experience within government, facilities management, construction, infrastructure, utilities or another regulated environment would be highly regarded.
