We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Factory Workers for upcoming opportunities with a well-established food manufacturing facility based in Lismore, NSW.

About the Role

Duties may include:

• Sorting, packing, labelling and palletising products
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• General production and process work
• Quality checking products throughout production
• Cleaning and maintaining production areas
• Manual handling and repetitive lifting of up to 11kg
• Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
• Assisting across different areas of the factory as required

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Can safely perform repetitive manual handling
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Have a strong commitment to safety, hygiene and quality
• Are willing to learn and undertake required training
• Are able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen

Previous factory, production, food manufacturing or process work experience will be highly regarded.
