Based in the office and visiting sites across the region, you will play a key role in coordinating crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations across multiple civil construction projects for the Sunshine Coast & Gympie Region
• Coordinate subcontractors, operators, labour and suppliers
• Manage construction activities including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and subdivisions
• Monitor project progress, quality and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and project requirements
• Complete site documentation including daily diaries, inspections and reports
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients to achieve project outcomes
• Drive a positive safety and performance culture on site

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand within civil construction
• Strong background delivering subdivision, road or civil infrastructure projects
• Experience managing subcontractors and site crews
• Sound understanding of earthworks, drainage, water, sewer and road construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality and project delivery
