Job Title: Graduate Occupational Therapist - Hybrid/Training - Central Coast, NSW

Working hours: 38 hrs/week, Flexible hours

Salary: Attractive Remuneration Package + CPD + Allowances

Location: Central Coast, NSW

About the role

Excellent opportunity for passionate OTs to join an established multidisciplinary team, supporting older adults and people living with disabilities:

• Provision of comprehensive functional assessments
• Provision of equipment assessments and prescriptions
• Provision of evidence-based therapy interventions in different community settings including skill and capacity building
• Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
• Extensive shadowing and induction period
• Regular 1:1 mentoring with an experienced OT
• Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
• Immediate phone support from our clinically experienced management team at all times when you’re on the road

Essential Criteria:

• Territory qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA Registration
• Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
• Current driver’s license and own vehicle
• New gardautes are welcome
