Join a well-regarded commercial builder delivering complex retail and shopping centre projects across Brisbane. With a strong pipeline of work, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a major live retail refurb/car park development.

The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day site delivery of a large-scale retail and car park project. You’ll lead the site team, coordinate subcontractors and ensure the project is delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all day-to-day site activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Drive programme, sequencing and short-term planning
• Manage site safety, quality and compliance
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
• Manage a busy live environment with multiple stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects 
• Experience in major extensive retail refurbishment 
• Experience working in live environments
• Experience with suspended structures is essential
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
• Confident managing subcontractors and leading site teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
