The Senior Site Manager will have the following attributes: 

• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification 
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
• High rise project experience is extremely attractive 
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Commercially astute
• Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations

Opportunity: 
As Senior Site Manager, you will take a key leadership role in delivering a landmark $1B luxury residential and mixed-use development on the Gold Coast, featuring three iconic towers exceeding 40 storeys.

Supported by an experienced project team, you will provide strong site leadership and play a critical role in driving the project through to successful completion. You will oversee all site operations, manage subcontractor performance, and uphold the highest standards across program, safety, quality, and delivery.
