An established insurance builder is looking for an experienced Supervisor / Estimator to join their Rockhampton team.

This is a hands-on role managing insurance repair projects from initial assessment and estimating through to supervision and completion.

As a Supervisor / Estimator, you will require:

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – essential
• Insurance building or repair experience
• Estimating and/or site supervision experience
• Ability to complete site assessments and scopes of works
• Strong residential construction knowledge
• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Ability to manage multiple insurance repair jobs
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Current Australian driver's licence

Opportunity You will take ownership of insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion — inspecting damage, preparing scopes and estimates, coordinating trades and supervising works on site.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Insurance Supervisor, Estimator or Supervisor / Estimator looking for a secure Rockhampton-based position with a package of up to $130K + super + ute.
