Your new role

• Lead payroll assurance, compliance and remediation projects end-to-end
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct payroll reviews, industrial instrument analysis and compliance assessments
• Use data analytics to identify risks and remediation requirements
• Implement audit recommendations and strengthen payroll controls
• Deliver reporting and recommendations to senior decision-makers

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering payroll assurance, compliance, remediation, or payroll transformation projects
• Strong project and program management capability, including governance and reporting
• Experience interpreting industrial instruments, awards, enterprise agreements, or legislative requirements
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex payroll data
• Experience implementing audit recommendations, controls, and risk mitigation strategies
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across HR, payroll, finance, risk, and executive teams
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex organisational environment
