Gaming Manager | Browns Plains Hotel

Ready for your next career move? Browns Plains Hotel is looking for an experienced Gaming Manager to lead the gaming team at our busy, well-loved local venue.

Salary: $90,000 per year + superannuation.

About the role

• Lead and support the gaming team to deliver excellent service
• Build strong relationships with regulars and create a welcoming environment
• Manage daily gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling practices
• Monitor gaming performance and coordinate promotions
• Train and develop team members
• Work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team to keep operations running smoothly

About you

• Previous experience in gaming management or a senior hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of gaming operations and compliance
• Confidence leading and motivating a team in a busy environment
• Availability across a seven-day roster, including nights and weekends
• Current RSG and RSG refresher qualifications
