We are seeking a caring, motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing health and wellness team.

The role will involve assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, pain and mobility concerns, while developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to each client.

Treatment may include dry needling, cupping, remedial massage, manual therapy, mobility work, exercise prescription, rehabilitation and supervised gym-based sessions.

You will guide clients through their full journey — from initial assessment and hands-on treatment through rehabilitation, strengthening, return to activity and ongoing performance.

We are looking for someone who values genuine connection with clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment, rather than a rushed or transactional treatment model.

Key responsibilities

• Physiotherapy assessments and treatment planning
• Injury and pain management
• Dry needling and cupping
• Remedial and soft tissue therapy
• Rehabilitation and mobility programs
• Strength and conditioning support
• Supervised gym rehabilitation sessions
• Progress reviews and ongoing treatment plans
• Clear client education and communication
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Working collaboratively with the wider Therapy health and wellness team

This is a casual position with flexible hours and the opportunity for additional hours as Therapy continues to grow.
