Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site audits and safety inspections.
• Provide WHS advice and compliance support.
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
• Review SWMS, risk assessments and safety plans.
• Deliver safety training and awareness sessions.
• Support rehabilitation and return-to-work activities.

About You

• WHS experience within construction, maintenance or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience with audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to provide practical safety advice.

Highly Desirable

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
• Experience within building, construction or maintenance environments.
• Exposure to contractor management and safety systems.
