The Opportunity
Our client, a leading high-volume fashion retailer, is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to step into a 2IC role within their Marketing team.

This is a senior position reporting into the Head of Department, leading a large social media team and stepping up to support the Head of Department when required. You'll be strategic and hands-on — close to content, shoots, analytics and trends, while gaining genuine exposure to senior leaders and Directors across the business.

Team & Structure

• Social media team of approximately 15–20 people

• Direct exposure to senior leadership and Directors

• Strong pathway for leadership growth

Working Arrangements

• 5 days per week in the office, Brisbane CBD

Salary: $100K–$120K + Super, depending on experience
