Roof Tilers

Capital Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd are seeking for experienced Roof Tilers to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of tiled roofing systems across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair concrete, terracotta, and other tiled roofing systems.
• Measure, set out, cut, and fit roof tiles accurately.
• Install roof battens, ridge, hip, valley, and verge components.
• Complete bedding, pointing, flashing, sealing, and waterproofing works.
• Inspect and replace damaged or deteriorated roof tiles.
• Follow WHS requirements and maintain safe work practices at heights.
• Use and maintain roofing tools and equipment.
• Complete required job and site documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in roof tiling.
• Strong knowledge of roof tiling methods and WHS requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable: EWP licence, asbestos awareness/accreditation, driver's licence and reliable transport.
