Salary: $76,515 plus superannuation

NT Pubco Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced CHEFS/Cooks to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the business

The Full Moon Hotel is a well-established hospitality venue on Bramble Bay, offering modern Australian dining, bars, functions, and entertainment.

Duties include:

• planning and preparing menu items
• preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard
• maintaining food quality and consistency
• monitoring stock and minimising wastage
• ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• assisting with kitchen operations during busy service periods
• working split shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

Requirements:

• AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent
• at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a Chef
• strong food knowledge and attention to detail
• ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• reliable, punctual and professional presentation
• flexible availability, including weekends and split shifts
